Women's 2025 Retreat

God has given a specific focus/theme and scripture for this retreat. He is catapulting us into a season of spiritual growth through the gifts He has given each of us.
The Lord has a powerful purpose for each of us, which He equips us for through spiritual gifts and talents. That purpose includes the ability to demonstrate a fiery anointing in every sphere of life. We were born for this moment (such a time as this) to receive our powerful, supernatural gift from the Lord. Thank you Jesus!
In 2 Timothy 1:6 Paul tells Timothy "For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands"
We know every person who is filled with the Holy Spirit has been given gifts of the spirit.
If we take what Paul told Timothy, to fan into flame the gifts of God that we have been given. We should not be content to let the gifts God has given us lie dormant and unused. The Lord wants us to discover, use, and develop those gifts to build up the body of Christ.
Fire represents the way of God and the work of God. Fire is the tool that He uses. Spiritual gifts are tools He gives us through the Holy Spirit. When we fan the flame of those gifts, it allows fresh fire of The Holy Spirit to stir up those gifts within us, to move freely and burn brightly in the service of our Lord.
It is exciting to know that God has something profoundly powerful in store for each of us at this retreat!!

Ministry Mission:
The women of Emmanuel Church desire to create and maintain a safe, loving, faith based ministry rooted in sound Bible teaching and sisterhood. The ministry desires to be known as a safe place for all women to mature spiritually, celebrate the successes of their sisters and, when necessary, walk with each other through the trails of this life. To do this, the ministry will be based in prayer, worship, love, and humility opening its doors to all women who desire to enter. To God alone be the glory of true sisterhood!
